We build truly custom homes in the Pikes Peak region, typically priced from $300,000 to $900,000. Since we build our customers' dream homes, the architectural styles are varied, and the outcomes unique. We most often use traditional wood-framing, but have experience with state-of-the-art approaches, such as Insulated Concrete Forms, or old-world approaches, such as log home construction. We keep current and know how to use the newest building materials and product innovations. We know the products, the suppliers, the sub-contractors, and construction practices that will result in a home of the highest possible quality.

Remodeling

Palace Homes is happy to take on remodeling projects ranging from room renovations and additions up to garage construction. No job is too small and we definitely aren't scared off by complex or unorthodox projects.
